More about Cady Jo - 

Cady Jo Patterson is a Flower Essence Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist, and educator whose work bridges botanical medicine, emotional and energetic tending, and somatic support. She is the founder of Hearthfire Herbalism, a practice rooted in rhythm, reverence, and relational care.

Outside of her personal practice, Cady Jo serves as both the Flower Essence Clinic Coordinator and Fundamentals Program Coordinator at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in Lafayette, Colorado. She teaches students across multiple levels and supports their deepening connection to flower essences, Vitalist herbalism, and embodied practice.

Drawing from a background in massage therapy and a commitment to integrative healing, her approach weaves together nervous system regulation, nutrition, herbal formulation, lifestyle practices, and somatic awareness to offer full-spectrum support. Her spaces are infused with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a playful reverence for the healing process - inviting others into authentic relationship with their bodies, while deepening connection to the Earth.

Beyond her roles in both the clinic and classroom, Cady Jo tends to her wider community by co-facilitating monthly women’s circles, teaching at retreats, and creating spaces for honest reflection, embodied connection, and collective care.
